The newly constructed residential properties are on the market through Coldwell Banker Prime Properties. Luizzi Construction began development last year and construction is anticipated to be complete in the fall of 2020. Crews out in Ilion, NY are working hard to complete the essential work on the Water Transmission Main project. This will halt the repeated water main breaks that the Village has been dealing with.

Peter Luizzi III proudly represented Peter Luizzi & Bros Contracting to receive the Hot Mix Asphalt Showcase Award. This award is the result of our 2019 project completed at the Clifton Park, NY Walmart Supercenter. We are very pleased to be recognized among our peers.

So proud of the Team Luizzi walkers for attending their second annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s. They have raised approximately $500 for care, support & research.
