Continuing with the same strong values and pride in workmanship as his late father, Peter Luizzi Sr., he is an industry leader and forward thinking beyond his time. Peter is highly respected among his peers and the community for his generosity and support.
Michael W. Alix
Mike has evolved from a hands on experience level through to a key decision maker and top contributor to the companies strength and growth. While being in construction all his life, the last decade has been invested in the success of Peter Luizzi & Bros.
Doug has been in the estimating field for over 20 years. He has led our estimating department for over five years while often running specialized projects such as Trailways, Utility Contracts and Site Work.
Peter Luizzi III
P3 as he is called, is the third generation of this family owned paving company. He has moved up the ranks from field work, to estimating and most currently running projects. There is no free meal in this family, every accolade is earned and P3 is making a great name for himself.
Joe has a wealth of knowledge in the Construction Industry and a degree in Construction Management. Joe was introduced by running Peter Luizzi & Bros largest public contract (as of 2016) for The Village of Catskill. His projects continue to grow in scope and value providing the challenges needed to keep him striving for more.
Chuck A Pafundi Jr.
Chuck holds a degree in Engineering adding to the strength and diversity of an already solid Construction management team. He heads some of the most predominant & followed projects for the company such as Starbuck Island in Green Island, NY.
Assistant Project Manager
As a graduate of SUNY Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, Jake plays a vital role supporting the Project Management team. His ability to be interchangeable between a plethora of projects at once is integral to the success of Peter Luizzi & Bros.
Montyce joined Peter Luizzi & Bros with over a decade of Construction Experience. With her positive attitude and resourcefulness combined with her extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Montyce uses her organization skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.

With a strong background in Construction for the last 15 years, Christina is no stranger to multitasking. Handling all subcontractor matters from start to finish she is an integral part of the strength of the office.

Ben is the most liked person in the office, even when it’s not pay day! His training and knowledge have prepared him well for the fast paced environment and high demands of this position.
