Doug has been in the estimating field for over 20 years. He has led our estimating department for over five years while often running specialized projects such as Trailways, Utility Contracts and Site Work.

Joe has a wealth of knowledge in the Construction Industry and a degree in Construction Management. Joe was introduced by running Peter Luizzi & Bros largest public contract (as of 2016) for The Village of Catskill. His projects continue to grow in scope and value providing the challenges needed to keep him striving for more.

Christian Luizzi

Currently in his final semester at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Christian is completing his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development. In the future, Christian plans to attend Law School and further assist in the overall success of Luizzi Companies. As he continues to learn the development process from conception to completion, Christian is mentored by his father, Peter Luizzi Jr. Most of his time is split between work and school but, when time allows, Christian enjoys spending time with his nieces, playing sports, and focusing on his health and fitness.

Connor Eckhardt

Asst. Project Manager, Luizzi Construction Services

Connor joined Luizzi Construction Services with a Business Administration degree concentrated in Project Management. He previously worked in the Financial Technology industry as an Implementation Project Manager but has always had an interest in commercial construction. During his free time, Connor enjoys skiing, playing hockey, and occasionally disc golf.

Olivia joined our team with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from SUNY Plattsburgh and previously worked in the non-profit industry as Association Manager. As Marketing Manager, Olivia organizes our resident activities and events, manages all of our social media accounts, develops advertising campaigns, and more. Her energy and creativity are a perfect match for the job!

Emily has worked at Luizzi Property Management for over 5 years. She started off assisting in leasing and management of our residential properties but has since became Property Manger at Stoneledge Terrace. Her high energy provides great customer service to all prospective and current tenants!

Pam joined Luizzi Property Management with 30 years of experience in the banking industry and over 5 years of experience as a leasing agent. She is currently a leasing agent at Rivers Ledge and manages several of our smaller properties. When not at work, Pam enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. Pam’s extensive customer service experience, patience, and kindness does not go unnoticed!
