This project consisted of paving a new 90,000 SF parking lot and multi use trail for this expanding hotel chain. Located in the proximity to the largest bustling mall in the Albany area.

This hard-bid project consisted of roadway reconstruction of Whitehall Road, Ten Broeck Street & Cardinal Ave. The scope of work included new ADA compliant sidewalks, granite curbing, full depth milling and full depth asphalt.

Situated in the bustling retail area of Albany, NY is one of the newest Hobby Lobby store locations. Fully transformed from an abandoned major chain toy store to an exciting new home and craft store. The 120,000 square foot parking lot was refinished front and rear to add a beautifully finished exterior look to the new location.

Street Resurfacing and Sidewalk Reconstruction 2019 – Contract No
Owner: City of Albany
Project Value: $2,223,190
This contract involved more than 15 Albany City streets and locations to resurface pavement, reconstruct sidewalks, replace or reset granite curbing, construct or reconstruct concrete and ADA ramps, striping and sign installation. The biggest challenge involved is working in public areas that cannot be shut down. The goal remains public safety as well as to get in and out with little disruption and inconvenience to the city residents.

This project was completed strategically in sections to continue to accommodate the hundreds of customers that will frequent here night and day. The parking lot was completely milled, resurfaced and striped.
City of Schenectady Street Improvements 2019
Owner: City of Schenectady

This awarded contract covered the improvements of 12 city streets throughout Schenectady, NY. Crews skillfully maneuvered through the historical portions of the Stockade District and beyond for an amazing outcome for the residents and business owners. Some of the details included new 18″ curbing and sidewalk inlays at intersections.
Watervliet Bike Path Connection
Owner: City of Watervliet
Project Value: $1,743,838.
This project will expand the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail for 1.85 miles along Broadway from the 4th Street Trailhead to Hudson Shores Park. It includes the installation of an asphalt bike path, subbase, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete curbs, drainage improvements, signing, striping and pedestrian signals. Work begins in the spring of 2020 and should be completed by the end of summer 2020. A fabulous project to be completing locally.
South Troy Industrial Road

Project Value: $3,124,436.
The extension of East industrial Parkway includes more than just paving a new road with sidewalks. Crews will also excavate and prep 1,600 feet of vacant land for the new roadway, dispose of 4,000 tons of contaminated soils and install 16″ water line including catch basins and light pole bases.
